What We Do

Colour Analysis
                               
“Good-bye black, hello colour.” It’s amazing how colour can create a certain look, affect your mood and general look of well-being which in turn can affect how others perceive you.

This session will determine your individual colouring characteristics and show you which colours are perfect for you - taking the guesswork out of colour choices.

You will be shown how to use colours and colour combinations to achieve different looks whether it be authoritative, approachable, glamorous or soave and sexy.

Advice will also be given on hair colour, jewellery and accessories (and for women selecting and applying make-up in the correct colours).

You will be amazed how many different and interesting colours you never thought you could wear and how the right colours will help you look more radiant and healthy as well as bringing definition to features and evening out skin tone.

Women’s Style Analysis

Guaranteed to change the way you shop, this session will show you how to dress for your individual body shape and size to create the illusion of perfect‘model’ proportions.

After assessing your personal style preference, body proportions, body lines and scale, advice will given on correct garment lengths, cuts, fabrics, prints, textures and finishes as well as weight and size of fabrics and accessories.

Advice will also be given on hairstyles, frames, necklines and jewellery to suit your face shape. Disguising specific figure problems will be addressed and ways of highlighting assets will be revealed.

This session is designed to arm you with the knowledge of what suits you and why making dressing an absolute breeze whatever the occasion.

Men’s Style Analysis

This session will show you what really works for your shape and style enabling you to shop more efficiently and ensuring you’re the sharpest dresser whether it be for an interview, meeting or at the bar.

After assessing your personal and professional style preferences, body shape, proportion and scale, advice will be given on choosing the appropriate suits, jackets and trousers and the pitfalls that should be avoided.

You will be shown how to combine suits, shirts and ties  for different occasions whether it be for a smart, corporate look or more ‘business casual’ and show you how to begin to plan a wardrobe that caters for your lifestyle needs and budget.

You will be taken step-by-step in how to choose hairstyles, frames, shoes, accessories and necklines to suit your face shape and features.

Grooming routines and nutritional needs can be addressed on request.

Let our Style Therapist raid your wardrobe giving you honest advice about what suits and what needs disposing of.

Your wardrobe will be given a workout showing you how to create different outfits out of existing garments - combinations that you never thought possible, advice on what to fill the gaps with in your next shopping trip and how to organise your wardrobe to ensure easy access and dressing.

All in all, a thoroughly cathartic experience.

About Us

We, Rebecca and Emily, the Style Therapists have a passion for fashion and set up Style Therapy in a bid to share our love of
clothes and shopping to show that anyone can look and feel good, no matter what size, shape or age.

Prior to Style Therapy, Rebecca, a former beauty PR, worked and trained with the UK's leading Image Consultancy, Aston+Hayes.
She is armed with a wealth of knowledge on style, beauty and grooming.

Emily graduated in Fashion from The University of Brighton and has  
since worked for various fashion brands (Nicole Farhi and Kimchi to name a few) as well as modelling for top names including Trevor Sorbie  and Vidal Sassoon.

Our flexible approach and friendly, approachable manner mean that we don't treat you like every other person. We take into account your lifestyle, budget and needs and tailor our services appropriately.

We don't want to change you. We believe style is a deeply personal expression of who you are, and we want to help you reflect that.
